He'eia means "the shining". This splendid state park is located on Kaneohe Bay on Oahu's East Shore. Beneath the point, you can see fishponds with "shining" mullet, and from the park there is an almost perfect 360 degree panoramic view of the lush green mountains, and intensely blue ocean.
